We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only permitted if the product is either damaged or defective through no fault of your own.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

Returns:

Every item we offer custom made and is tailored specifically to your preferences. Returns are only permitted if the product is either damaged or defective through no fault of your own.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, the product must remain unused and be in the identical state as when it was delivered to you. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging and include any tags that were provided with the items.

To initiate a return, please obtain our approval first. Avoid sending your item directly to the manufacturer unless we have instructed you to do so. You will receive detailed instructions for the return process, including the drop-off location for your package.

Refunds may be issued in specific circumstances, such as when an item arrives with damage or is missing components, provided that the issue is not a result of your mistake. 

Refunds: 

After we receive and examine your return, you will get an email confirming that we have obtained your returned product. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Once your request is granted, your reimbursement will be initiated, and the funds will be directly credited to your credit card or the payment method you initially used. 

Late or missing refunds: 
In case you haven't seen your refund, start by reviewing your bank account once more. After that, reach out to your credit card provider, as it might take a while for them to officially process your refund.

Final Sale items:
Regrettably, items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged not by your fault. We will cover the shipping fee. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email:

Shipping back to us: 
To return your product, you will be be provided with instruction via email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Reminder! Any time, when sending an item to us, it is essential to utilize a shipping method that provides tracking; otherwise, we cannot assure you that your return will be received.
