Q. Is there a physical retail location where I can view products?
Not at the moment. Art House Fashion operates exclusively as an online store and portal.
Q. Where are your products shipped from?
We utilize fulfillment centers worldwide. Currently, our inventory is located across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Latvia, Slovenia, Poland, Spain, Australia, and China, with new locations continuously being added.
Q. How fast is delivery?
We offer fast global shipping. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, though shipping times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.
Q. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Cost depends entirely on the specific item size, weight, and your delivery location. (Please note: Free shipping is no longer available as of January 2025).
Q. Will I pay sales tax on my order?
Yes. In accordance with local laws, applicable state and city sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address.
Q. Do you offer a wholesale program for art and gift shops?
While our primary focus is retail, we handle wholesale requests on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to email us with your specific proposals or order volumes.
