Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our items are custom-made to order, Art House Fashion strictly accepts returns and exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives with a production issue, we are fully committed to making it right.

All requests regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of your order's delivery date.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives torn, misprinted, broken, or otherwise flawed from production.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive a completely different size, style, or art print than what you ordered.
• Our Responsibility: For approved defective or incorrect items, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping costs.
• Requirements: To help us process your request promptly, you must provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy when you contact us.

Review: Our team will review the photos. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions to guide you through the replacement or return process.

Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to be processed and reflected in your account.
